made you go... WOW!

We all have our own little sections of the reef in our homes, which is pretty amazing in and of itself, but what was the last thing that you observed that really made your eyes bug out?

A frag of star polyps I picked up at Imagine Ocean this weekend - like none I've ever seen. Pretty green polyps with bright pink centers.

The Red Head Solon Fairy Wrasse (Cirrhilabrus solorensis</em>) I picked up at Warehouse Aquarium last week. Picture from Live Aquaria:

The "last" thing in my tank that made me go WOW! was the tiny little 1" long TANK RAISED Flame Tailed Blenny that BaboonScience and Tina brought me! I was blown away by how small and fiesty the little guy was/is. I sat in front of the tank for about 3 hours watching him this weekend. Just TOO COOL!!!! I am hoping to pair him up with an adult I have in my 210 once it gets a little bigger. JOHN and TINA ROCK! Thanks!

The color on my psammacora. The rock it was on looked like it had a blob of gloss white enamel paint on it. Rob made the comment, "I wonder what that was when it was alive?".

It started coming back and it is now growing well and is the brightest green I've ever seen in a reef tank.
