What's your favorite calcium reactor?

No other experience but the vertex rx-6d and it works great.
I have 3 reactors, but this is what I'm going with for cal+alk :

Hmm. This seems like it would remove the need for two part? But I guess if you have a high consumption tank it doesn’t cover the magnesium.
I have the aquamaxx tech t2 rated for 500g. It's the only one I've used so far but I love it, the pump is really quiet and it has a pre-filter for the water inlet. I do wish it had a second chamber, but it's not an issue as my system pH is good anyway.

If you want a commercial grade in the event that you may end up having a big system, get MRC. If you want just regular hobbyist grade, then I would go with reef octopus and aquatech. When you run calrx, i would recommend a kalk reactor as well to keep the ph up.

I really like my Geo too. The more important part of a CARX is the regulator, solenoid, needle valve and peristaltic pump.

You can get a really good setup from him for $280-350 depending on you specs.
