I originally bought my auto top off from Aqua Hub and this "Mold-a-Holder" strip is great stuff. Unfortunately, my current float switch holder is too short to work with my new sump, so I need to order a new 18" strip. Thing is, I don't want to pay $17 for a 2"x18" piece of plastic (after shipping).

I've searched all over but I can't find this material anywhere online. Anyone know the generic name for this stuff?

polycaprolactone - it is used in the medical field alot for splints

so if ya have a friend of a friend that is in the Othopaedics field they would have some on hand and you may be able to get the trimmings from a sheet they cut down and was gonna trash anyway.
