Worm ID

So I'm in the middle of breaking down the 29 and have just sand and water left in the tank. I came home tonight to double check to see if any leftover inverts were in there and noticed this worm. Anyone know what this is?
I think it's a spaghetti worm. There's a couple in there should I keep or just let them go out with the old water.
