Found this worm under some rock last night, who know's its name and if it's beneficial?

Hard to tell by the picture but I would say Bristle worm. If that is what it is, then it is good in moderation. If you have a ton, you are overfeeding but if you have just a few, they are a great part of the clean up crew. Just don't touch them bare handed.
 
Just googled bristle worms, it pretty much looks like what I saw. Cool, the tank's evolving nicely. The bed is alive.
 
I seen one in my 60 cube the other night that was approximately 5 inches long. I have heard you definitely do not want to grab these little guy by your bear hands.
 
When they get big I move them to my remote DSB, but they seem to get smarter with size and harder to catch off guard. Def good though so long as you don't pet em.
