I have them in seperate tanks that are going into the 93. Both are cool and I want to ad them both but don't want a duel. They are both fairly small and both get harrased by clowns in their respective tanks. Is it worth a shot to put them both in?

My only saving grace is that they were both in 28 gallon tanks. I'm hoping that going to the 93 and adding them both at the same time will hopefully allow them to find their "personal space". If not.....fishing time:D

I would think the yellow coris is more timid than the 6-line, and might give him an hour or so head start, but he'll probably dive bomb into the sand.

I would not put them together. Your best bet for multiple wrasses is faries and flashers but the yellow corris could also go in that mix. The sixline would be a no no IMO.

Going against the grain here - YMMV so take it for what it's worth but I've kept a yellow and a 6-line together more than once with no issues.

Usually the yellow was there first.

I've had several clients do this too with no issues.

But again - every individual specimen is different, so use your own good judgment.

Put the one you really want in the tank in first. Then put the second in a see through and drilled (arcylic box) container and secure to an edge for a while to see if they interact. Just make sure the container has a top of some sort.

Well..... I have a 150G and have both a yellow coris and six line in it. They never even look at each other. They have been together for about 6 months. Not to say it will work everytime but it works for me.

I had a sixline and yellow coris together in 70g. The sixline was there first. He would chase the coris around here and there but the coris was faster and would usually do weird evasive moves and come back on the six line. There was tension but it wasn't too bad really, just little spats here and there. However the coris jumped through egg crating twice on me. The second time I wasn't there to save him. YMMV, but I really won't put another coris in the tank with this sixline.
