yellow coris wrasse not looking good

can't get a picture as i'm at work but i'm concerned. i have had this coris wrasse for almost a year now and had it gone through the whole QT process. it eats pellets and frozen no problem. just. lately, i notice that it's very skinny and yesterday it was lying next to some rock rubbles. could it be due to internal parasite?

Yes, it could be. QT with Prazipro or if it's still eating, spike the food with Metronidazole and Focus.

Unfortunately if you saw it lying down and exposed when it should have normally been up and around, it may be too late.
