180gallon flow question

I've finally got my 180 up and running,but I need advice on flow.
I am using a mag12 for return running almost wide open(turned down slightly for noise reduction). Right now I'm using 3 korilla 1150's for movement.
My question is: is this enough flow for monti's,frog spawn,hammers and random softies?

It probably is for those things you are currently keeping but it won't be enough for SPS should you venture that direction. I run two WP-40's wide open in my 180. That's 7,000 gph flow just from powerheads then my return pump adds another 3,000 or so gph.

There sure are some beautiful sps out there. But most are out of my price range. I have a small red planet frag and some kind of birdsnest. Along with 2 huge Duncan colonies that are probably volleyball size. But sps may be in the future,that's why I'm researching now. Before adding more. Thanks for the input

That should be just fine for what you want to keep.
