I used the Marco cement with minimal rods just to help hold in place for cement to set. I’m pretty sure it’s just regular hydraulic cement btw
Looks amazing so far! I’m definitely a little jealous that I’m not doing this yet.
At what height will you have your tank? My opinion is that current tank standard is too low, and that 40-42” off the ground is much easier for viewing.
Also, I’m looking forward to seeing your aquascape. Don’t underestimate the value of empty space, especially for the width of your tank. You have a lot to work with. If you can plan the empty space appropriately, it will make your tank appear huge.

Yes I have, but this was the biggest.
I’m assuming you’re on a slab. That thing is huge!
How do you even get rocks in there and aquascape it? Then how do you do any cleaning inside it? Seems very difficult to work with.
I plan on making a good bit of my own rock work. Im working with a company called ocean swipe 360 to customize a robot cleaner.
It would be crazy to put this anywhere other than on a slab unless you have steel reinforced floors.
