instead of getting a UV sterilizer I would just go with algae scrubber the only time i used uv sterilizer was when i had a bacterial bloom.

There isn't an easy button for a reef. There isn't a piece of equipment that will solve all your problems. You could send off an ICP test to really get a handle on your water parameters. In the meantime, good old fashioned water changes and manual removal of algae is your best bet imo. I think you are overstocked as well. I see 2 anemones in your pictures as well. Are those the only 2 you have had? 8 months is still pretty young for anemones too.

Light should not be ran 24 hours, algae needs to rest like everything else.

When initially starting a scrubber or when the screen is new the lights are best run for 10-12hrs a day. Your schedule is fine but once you've had to clean the sheet a few times you can start increasing the photo period. If your NO3 & PO4 numbers are still a little high bump it up to 14hrs. After a couple weeks if they're still high go up to 16hrs. I run mine for 18hrs, 6pm-12pm but I'm a heavy feeder.
Conversely, if you're numbers are low or at zero then reduce the photo period so it doesn't pull as much out. You want to target NO3 at 3-5 but under 10 is still good and PO4 at 0.02-0.05.
