Algae Problems!

OK Im seeing alot of hair algae and don't know what to do. Here are my #'s
CA-8.3,MG 1200,KH 5, PO4 0, NH4 0.05,NO3 0, PH 8.2.
Im have plenty of water movement and I feed once a day? I also just changed out all my bulbs. I need some advice......

How long were the old bulbs in and what kind?

Im using ATI and I do water changes every two weeks.

How old were the bulbs and what's the age on your RO filters?
Are you letting it run for a minute to clean out impurities and get the TDS back to zero?

I haven't been letting my Ro run and my lights are about a month old
