I rember seen that some peopl had sightly angled ther supplemental T5 lighting toward the tand. I’m building a new floating canopy and would like to do this. Nothing crazy as far as angle, somewher betwen 10 and 15 degrees? Does anyone know of an angled mounting kit? Or have idea on where to find precut wood pieces that have the angle? I don’t want to try to use a jigsaw, I’m sure it look pretty bad if I did it that way. The mount or wood piece would be attached to the inside of my canopy the the lights secure to the mount/angled wood.

TIA

You could get some shims from Home Depot and I believe that would give you the angle you want but I’m not sure this really provides much benefit.

I was going to say shims too. Most retrofit T5's have clip-on reflectors that attach to the bulb. It's pretty easy to angle those to get the effect you're looking for.
