Aptasia laser......any thoughts?

I have watched a couple of videos on aptasia lasers and would like to get one, I was just wondering if anyone locally has tried one or know anything about them. Average price is $100 on ebay, if it works it would be an ok investment. What do you think?

$100 eBay one won't do the trick. I had a 1.4w (1400mw) and it barely did the trick. More for entertainment than real use

There is a 5w laser for $77. Is it worth a gamble? How much did the 1.4 cost?

If it's a true 5w it will destroy all. For that price i have my doubts and likely just a scam.

The 1.4w was somewhere around $350. But Alot of that cost is in the battery. Battery being crucial to its use not just in the obvious. But rather in whether or not it'll even work for your needs.

In any event know what your getting into and take head of the warnings as they could very well save your eyes or your family, children and or pets.
