I've gotten an email from a member that purchased one of the 5 dimmable LED's that I sold them several months back. Those are under warranty. I can't remember who it was and the email got deleted from my inbox. If you purchased one of those units from me (and only from me), I have been in contact with the manufacturer and all they ask for right now is a picture or short video of the issue.
They are currently on Spring Holiday and will return on the 17th. If you can have the pic/video to me prior to then, I can get new ballasts shipped by the 22nd.
