C3's Foam Rock Wall Nano Build !!!!!!!!!

Probably too late, but see if you can take those fish back. Start the nitrogen cycle with a piece of shrimp from Publix, not with fish that will suffer and likely die.

Yeah, a bit too late but thanks for the advice, I really just wanted some fish.
They didn't suffer though my levels have not been high at all, Water was added on July 1st.

The tanks has changed in a huge way though, please follow along.

I promise the new pics and updates will be weel worth it....

Im really trying to take my time, but for some reason I keep catching sales:doh:
also I will never blame a dying fish or coral on a vendor/sponsor since I nade the purchase its my job to keep it alive after it leaves the store:yes:

So Nemo had a sale on LS and they had a Blue Spot Jawfish on sale at a "HELLUVADEAL" Price:D

SO I made the Journey there and Grabbed him And a GBTAhttp://i94.photobucket.com/albums/l112/C3clothing/Tank/T_100_1286.jpg?t=1250477515" alt="" />

This is about an hour after he was added, The house he has taken over belonged to my firefish. I WILL Fix this.[IMG]http://i94.photobucket.com/albums/l112/C3clothing/Tank/T_100_1287.jpg?t=1250477637" alt="" />[IMG]http://i94.photobucket.com/albums/l112/C3clothing/Tank/T_100_1297.jpg?t=1250477679" alt="" />

The addition of my Jawfish has been great, he is full of personality:yay:
Here are a few of his candid moments.

I hope you have a lid. Also you might want to research your corals a bit so you can get them in the correct light and proximity to other corals.

No lid just yet, I may make one out of black egg crate. If anyone goes carpet surfing during the daytime, I work from home and I am in my office 90% of the time.
At night when the lights go out the Jawfish goes to his New Burrow he built and goes out of sight. I haven't posted the pics yet but here is a teaser..

I really hope for your fishes sake you research their needs a bit more. Im done with this thread, it started off cool with the wall but now its just frustrating to watch.

If you don't mind me asking.

What needs are not being met? or what steps have I overlooked?

All help or Criticism will be greatly appreciated.

Don't take these things the wrong way please. Hopefully it all works out for you. Everyone is just speaking from their own past experiences posted on here.
Best to slow down and resist these sales so you enjoy the hobby more by keeping your livestock alive and well. Trust me there are members and sponsors that post sales on here all year long that will make your head spin. Personally wish I lived closer

I think the frustation is that there are a lot of people with a LOT of experience and they have tried to guide u as far as adding things so quickly and such and it doesnt seem that u have listened.. just my 2 cents on why people may be frustrated.... i think the tank looks great tho :-p

how often are you checking params? and how often are you doing water changes with the time frame your adding so many things when i started in december most people i talked to said to wait at LEAST 2 weeks between additions to give the system time to get used to the extra bioload... again just my 2 cents

Edit: aparently it takes me a long time to form my thoughts this late as im like 5 posts past where i thought i was gonna be :-p

Thanks, to all that replied

I do admit I have moved fast during this build.

I think that people are looking at the pics and thinking that its real time.
All of the pics that I have posted so far are all past photos.

So when someone suggest that I do or not do something its 3 weeks or more late since all my post have not caught up to the correct date yet.

1st- thanks for posting progress. It's rare people do. I just got a camera and computer that isn't a POS to do so myself and still haven't.
2nd- Handle the param deals you have going on before adding anything else. Trust me. If a deal goes by another will come by even better
