Ask @tonytran509 if he can do something for you.The tank came with a net & frame cover but there are small gaps around the perimeter - less than half an inch.
I think I’ll try to source a piece of glass or something better looking.
Wife wanted a purple firefish. So I stopped by Atl Aquarium and found a large and healthy looking specimen. Took it home, acclimated it and put it in the tank.
Sucker went straight to the bottom underneath the rocks.
I waited 30 min and then disassembled one rock stack to make sure it was ok. He was fine but then moved under the other rock stack. Haven’t seen him since...
Do these guys always stay hidden or will he eventually start swimming around?

I hear you but I don't want to spend another $30-$40 and risk having two fish hiding...uggg.They do better when you have more than one in same tank.
