Cooling fans at the surface?

I'm looking to put fans at the top of my 225, but I want to find something low profile (3") and quiet as I have a trim around the top of the tank and it is open for the light fixture hanging above. Radio Shack carries one, but they are loud and not very reliable.
Anyone have any suggestions?

They were on sale, AND got a price break at a QTY of 10, as well as free s/h on all orders over $10.

Came out to $14 for 10 fans, lol. I honestly just looked for the cheapest ones. Had them going about 9 months now and no complaints except for evaporating over a gallon per day...
