I think it is 25 m underwater, 400 m in 12 minutes, and a few other things. If you pace yourself and are in decent shape, it is easy to pass. If an old out of shape man like me can do it, you can. Just do some swimming for a month or two before hand so you realize how far that is, so you don't use up all your energy in the first two laps. It is not a sprint. I think I finished in 8 minutes and was not winded. If you try to burn up the track, you really struggle the last few laps.
If you volunteer dive at the aquarium you also get to dive cold water with the Belugas, learn surface supply, and other pretty cool things..
