So new to fragging coral. Any tips on hiw to go about doing or if anyone has any videos on how to do it then I'd love the advice. My wife has a smaller tank that she wants me to frag off some corals from time to time to put in hers that's in my bigger tank.
 
Depends on what you’re fragging.

Soft corals (mushrooms, zoas, Xenia, etc) can be cut with a scalpel or razor blade. Cleaner the cut, the better.

Most LPS are best to be cut with a dremel or bandsaw. Bone cutters can be used, but things like hammers/torches the skeleton will fracture pretty easily.

SPS can be broken off (even accidentally) or cut off with the above.

Always avoid eyes/mouths. Cut below flesh bands where applies.
