A great live food is gut loaded well fed ghost shrimp. That would be a great use for that 10g. Raise and feed them in there

freshwater ghost shrimp?

Saltwater pellet food for fish. Let the shrimp feed on those so not onlt do your fish get the nutritional value of the shrimp, but also the pellets:yay:

Look into frozen cubes of food such as brine and mysis.
Unthaw one, get a turkey baster and shoot some into each polyp.
The coral works like an underwater venus flytrap

Perfect! Have fun

my 210 took about 3-4 weeks to fully cycle, that was using damsels (i didnt know any better at the time). You would need like 20 to cycle it and that is not only not humane it is expensive. use table shrimp or live rock and you will get better results and MUCH CHEAPER. be patient, make sure you leave the UV off during cycling or it will take months to cycle that bad boy.

lets start with the 10, regal tang will have to go into the 210 because of the growth rate and swimming room needed. The panther will not last very long and will get very large in a short time. This tank will make a good qt.

33 gal clowns are good and you good add several gobies to this tank as well and a couple of fairy wrasses.

210 gal, i am assuming you are going fish only so you could add tangs, angels, wrasses etc. As for how many can go in, this will depend on several factors. Tell us more about your 210 system and components.
