It's all good! I acted fast because I lost everything last time because I waited. I'm just going to leave the lights out for a few days until I see a big improvement. Of course, he will still be fed with garlic. Metro and focus if I get some!

I have also been using Garlic Guard with the seaweed(hasn't really started eating it yet). I will post a pic in a bit. Oh, and none of my other fish have signs(knock on wood).

JCampbell;639244 wrote: I just got home, and took a look at him. There is some improvement! YAY! I'm about to feed a whole cube of brine shrimp soaked in garlic for him and the rest of the tank! He is just as alert and swimming around as when I bought him! There are still 10-20 spots, but it's better than yesterday! Lights will go out as soon as they get done eating! Thanks to everyone for the helpful tips!

jmaneyapanda;639443 wrote: thats the point I was trying to stress. Just seeing less "spots" isnt necessarily improvement. Fish that are severely infested may even show no spots at one point. It is a false hope scenario. This parasite will embed in the tissue, and the white spots are just one phase of its life cycle and infestation.

Edit: Granted they will have to remain there for a while so the Ich can cycle in my main tank.. But they are clean and healthy now.
