Here is the first video of the WP25 being tested on a tank in the US.
This is a 125g tank with ONLY the WP25 running!
Seems there is no speed control with these pumps also!

That's not true according to Jebao....the new controller is supposed to incorporate a speed control with it as well.

Wow. 5 minutes after I send $ for a wp25 I see this!

Edit: Here's what I am wondering. Say jaebo says they will sell us the pumps and they actually don't clear customs. What happens then?

Lol......maybe we should up the date on that group buy. Tunze hasn't won any suits that I know of. I can't see that letter as being anything other than a strongly worded "please don't sell these".

I agree, i thinks its BS. Not really sure what can be done to stop them from coming in anyways. You can still get them from fish street as of now. I think its just propaganda started by some rival pump company. I think everything will be fine. Has anyone tried to contact Jebao about this yet?

Apparently it costs millions and years to litigate a case of patent infringement. I suspect you are right Ringo.. I did send an email to tunze requesting more information though. So far, we have no official reason to "cease and desist"

Something i just thought about is the name WP40 or WP25. They might not be happy about that! I still dont know what they can do about it though!?

Can you post the letter or a link to it. I have yet to find anything from anyone except for the store that was selling them on the other forum.

RC has yet to say anything about it.

I haven't seen the letter either. That's why I emailed Tunze. I just read that it was a letter from Tunze somewhere. 1 second..

Edit: yeah. Its in the link posted above, in a comment. says 2 confirmed cases of the letter being received from tunze
