As much as it sounds prudent to do so, I won't. All power lines are buried where I'm at. I considered doing a whole home generator at one time but, in the six years I've lived here, we've never lost power. I'll just get a rider on my insurance policy. A lot cheaper when all said and done with better protection from all things. (Including my incompetence!)
