My kitchen tanks

So, our QT tank to pest macro tank is doing well. The mangroves are living and growing new leaves- but we will see how they progress over time. The new species of macro are starting to grow as the reefbrite XHO is keeping everything happy. we have caulerpa and some calcium encrusting macros all showing growth along with the sea lettuce and chaeto. The red species seem to do better in the refugium. Or the mollies are eating it all :). The salt mollies apparently put out enough waste to keep everything growing, so yea. And several new salt Molly babies. The tank is a mess, but everything is happy. And we can throw the macro back into the refugium at any time of QT is needed.

The pest/macro/former QT tank experiment with salt mollies and mangroves is actually starting to function nicely. Macro is growing. Mollies are breeding and growing. A large slit mouth gorgonian seems to love it. Had no other place to quarantine it as it is so tall. The urchins are happy and the mangroves are sprouting new growth.... :)
And it is minimal maintenance. Everything can still be moved if QT is needed. The sea lettuce is growing almost as fast in this tank as the refugium:)

Upstairs display tank cord management under control. Just need to add Ecotech battery backups and APEX sensors. :) The basement is still a work in progress....View attachment 14128
I am trying so hard to figure out how to do this. I need to get these cords hidden. My OCD is out of control. What did you use to build this if you don't mind me asking? What did you use to mount everything to it?

@jeffandkelly So, I use the marine depot boards to mount things under my tanks- they are waterproof and easy to drill and mount things. The power bars can easily be hidden behind on backside. Controllers mounted on front. Coralvue makes one that is more cabinet like and is slightly bigger. They come in white or black. I believe Elder makes all these boards for marine depot and Coralvue. I think BRS is going to carry as well. You can now get all kinds of power brick mounts and controller mounts- lots of folks are printing them on 3D printers- like Fish of Hex. And Ecotech and AI sell these mounts for these boards. And the Velcro cord management rolls are easy to find on amazon and at Home Depot. Also you can use outdoor industrial Velcro. Power bars are mounted on screws in the controller mounting boards.

Our rainbow anemone split and then split again, so now have three of them :). Unfortunately, one of them thought hanging out under the frag rack trying to sting frags was the place to me. Scooped him up and moved him into the DT trying to convince him that the rock we want him on is the place to be. Built a Little Rock wall hoping to keep him contained....
