You said that in QT she's sloughing? Could that be slime coat from the stress of the medication?
Mandarins, like I said, are very disease-resistant. Most die of starvation from inappropriate conditions, they don't often "get sick". And since they typically don't eat prepared foods, there usually isn't much that can be done, because QT causes them more harm than good when they starve, and they usually don't succumb to parasite infestation because of their physiology.
I'd have been inclined to leave her in the DT and watch and wait - if she's old, there's no "cure" for that, and if there is no obvious sign of infection or infestation, it's hard to know what to treat "for" if the illness isn't readily apparent.
