NO3 and PO4

Need advice what to do now. Yesterday I replaced gfo, 1.25 cups. Started out with .75 cup.
Just tested, 0.04. Do I stop my gfo, or do I take half of it out.I have never been in this situation.
My nitrates are still 32.On my second WC. Tell me, Would it help if I add another tank to the sump. I have a empty frag tank I can add to the volume.

By adding more water you'll o f course dilute the situation, but that won't FIX the problem.
if your no3 is 32, THATS your problem number.
Does water changes seem to affect the NO3?
Have you doesd anything lately that would have nuked a big pod population or anything of that nature. Are you skimming wet?

Thanks. I know my problem. Keep in mind. Before the move. I could never get the red sea test to read hardly 0. But after the move is when it started. I got my phosfates where I want them. Now working on nitrates .I'm feeding less, WC bigger and every 6 days. Skimming wet.

Nitrates down to 16. So far, I think just the weekly WC is what is fixing the mess that the move has caused. Poshates. 04.
I'm almost happy.LOL
