Interested in hearing what people do with QT.

I would say that's an extreme misconception in its relation to why we as hobbyists QT before DT tank entry. Liveaquaria's quarantine is merely for the quick visual health and feeding of the fish as far as in aware. These fish are still very much susceptible to disease and illness from other fish in thier systems. QT everything is highly recommended.

I don't know about the stuff coming from California or anywhere else.[/QUOTE]
LiveAquaria has ZERO QT.
Divers Den has an extensive QT.

Wether it's a 20 minute drive in a bag or an over night package. They are afforded an opportunity to regain their composure without added stress of the established inhabitants of your tank that compete for food and dominance.

On the hidden side of his rock was MAJANO's and Aptasia. I've already lived this nightmare in my DT. I will kill these off with peppermint shrimp and aptasiaX well before they go into my DT's. QT's give you ample time to identify undesirables and deal with them before you risk damaging prize pieces in your DT.
