i'm thinking about taking back my wavepoint 4xt5 light, and buying someones 2x175mh+2x65w pc odyseas fixture on here.

what are your opinions????


also, they upgraded the two ballasts to 250 watt ballasts.

I personally like T5's how tall is the 45 tall though? Dont know how well T5's will cut down towards the bottom half...

The upgraded oddysea 250 ballasts really push 175 (if this is the same one) which is alot safer and better than what they originally came with. My buddy grew all kinds of stuff underneath them when he had it.

I was especially proud of the blue ridge that grew to about a foot in a few years under them. What a strange coral. Acts like an sps and leather

Odyseas, do a search and see what you come up with. Maybe the upgrade removes the risk of fire hazards but to me your wavepoint is a much better fixture.
