??!!
i dont think its a good idea with your other clown in a small tank like that.. but im no pro so ill let someone else say yea or na

Haha, we have parties all the time, but I'll usually cover the tank with a beach towel when the lights go out so we don't bother the fish.

get a false percula they never stop swimming, have nice bright colors ,and itll get along with your black clown!not to mention they are very hardy making them good for begginers and theyre not really expensive.

Go with a wrasse for a free swimmer.
With the gramma already established you are probably doing the right thing not going with the firefish

not always. It really just depends. If one clown is bigger then the other you could have problems at first. If the bigger clown finally accepts the other clown being there then your fine, but that usually happens after the smaller one gets beat up. thats what I was told and from some experience.

also I know this person personally, she isnt keeping the clown. The black and white clown is only in there for 1 or 2 more months.
SO that being said, when that clown is out is a fire clown doable?

I have a 20g, and I have:
1 true percula clownfish*
1 ocellaris (false percula) clownfish*
1 pearly jawfish*

For the clownfish, I wouldn't keep 2 different kinds in there. I only did it because my tank was a second hand, and my clownfish had been together forever, so they know each other. If you were to put an adult true percula and ocellaris clownfish together, you would have a HUGE fish fight.... Mine are so close they have mated, so that gives you an idea of how long they've been together.

The jawfish needs to have enough sand, for instance, my sandbed is an inch to half an inch wide, and when my jawfish burrows, he still gets to the acrylic bottom of the tank! So you need a deep enough sandbed to keep jawfish.
