Does anyone know if a generic replacement cartridge is on the market. I just don't want to keep buying the OEM since the price just doesn't drop with the quanity. I've get a fresh water tank running with two 1" Rosie barbs a 1" Bristle nose pleco and one 1" Otocinclus. The amount of poo these guys produce is just amazing. Since the tank is at work. I don't want to clean the filter in the sink(some people get grossed out). I would like to find a cheaper alternative than the OEM filters cartridge.
