RIP Murray

Came home the other night to find both my lawnmower and my copperband dead in my display tank. Everything checked out fine however when Melissa stuck her hand in the tank it gave her a good shock. I couldn't feel it but she said it hurt. Guess I have built up a tolerance from all the years of electrical work. I used a meter and confirmed the suspicion. My mag 12 had started leaking voltage :bash2:.

I had Murray for quite a few years and he had been through a few tanks with me. He was one of the biggest lawnmowers I had seen.

Sorry to hear about that. Isn't there a simple grounding probe that can be used to prevent that? I remember owning one about 25 years ago.
