Stray voltage DISCUSSION note- I want to discuss, not rant and attack!!! :)

Im sorry for digging this back up. I read all of this. Looking for an answer. Im almost afraid to ask. I have 5 differnt pumps running. Checked for stray voltage, got a reading less then 1 volt. Do i need to do anything. Please, dont shoot.
