This is a very good column for all the new folks asking about lights. I have read it before and now again. Learned some :thumbs: new things. We should hold onto this one and have it in the "lighting" section.

Yeah, it has helped me on bulb selection a little. Old thread, but good reference.

I have an Aquactinics Solar Flare over one of my 75's. Just for reference, here are the bulbs I have in it, arranged from front to back.

I can't comment on the overall color of the tank with this lighting combination, because I haven't seen enough other lighting combinations, or different K colors with MH's to make a comparison. All I can say is it looks awesome.
