The rafters - the prefab triangle shaped beams that hold the roof line up.

So one bit of analysis I wanted to do was Finite Element Analysis - modeling the forces on a stand's design, on the flooring, etc...



Usually that's done with very expensive CAD software...



Turns out there's free software - LisaFEA.
