I use one in my pest system and two in the main system. Macro Growth has increased.
Just some quick cellphone pictures to help me track growth more than anything.
2 weeks of chaeto growth and some coral shots. I was surprised to see the ASD growth over the last 2 weeks.

Nah! You have room for at least another dozen tabling acros!
That area peaks around 400. I had to dial it back some recently. I was noticing the things on the sand bed were getting blasted since the tank is only 16" deep. It will only get that high 1 - 2 hours per day now instead of 4.
I've had a hectic January due to starting a new job and health issues. But here is a dirty FTS shot I took this morning.
