I’m sorry you’ve been having so much frustration with this. You do all the research and finally decide on something. Order it and can’t wait for it to arrive and then there’s problems. I hope they get it resolved for you quickly and to your satisfaction

@phi79 if you put it on your credit card, which I assume you did, call them up. Tell them the situation. I would ask for a full refund from waterbox at this point. Can you imagine the service you get down the road if you have any further issues?
