Tank has cycled. I came back from a 5 day vacation and outside of the glass being covered in green algae all was good. No ammonia, no nitrite, and about 5ppm nitrate. Trace amount of phosphate. Only mishaps. I didn't make quite enough rodi for the ato but the sump didn't run dry but did get pretty low. The tank temp was 85. No deaths. Now I need to do a water change. I am now coral and clean up crew ready.

Tank is looking good! The shrooms are bright and full of color. Even made a baby while I was gone. There is some kind of bright orange / maroon algae showing up. possibly coralline that didn't die off ? I have even seen some pods at night

IMO..chromis are not notoriously healthy fish but they are cheap.

After last week's little hiccup, everything is back to normal. All params are good and holding steady. Only issues now are no nitrates and no phosphates at all lol I never put the gfo back online I'm just running a skimmer now. All coral looks great except for frogspawn, it's lost alot of color but that's it.

Woke up this morning to a super cloudy tank. All params are good with the exception of magnesium and I'm beginning to think maybe the test is bad.
