Per Dave's request here is some update on the tank. It seems that from the crash I've had an elevated level of phosphates. I just spent 2 days cleaning the tank and remove rocks that were covered in bubble algae. With the algae outbreak the corals have been happy and seem to have been unbothered. Here is the pics as requested
