I do frequent your establishment. Not as often as I would like but on occasion.

Therein lies the crux of the dilemma. At what point is it stolen? Again refering to my Chinese made LED fixtures, I don't believe they they took an American made LED fixture and ripped it apart to enable them to make an exact copy. I believe they saw that an American company was making a boat load of cash and said "We can do the same thing cheaper". I do not see where that is any different even then the iPhone you say you use. Did apple invent the touch screen? No, they came up with the idea to incorporate it into a cell phone. For that matter, did they invent the cell phone? No, to the best of my recollection that would be Motorola. I distinctly remember seeing a "Radio Phone" mounted on the floor boards of a pick-up truck of the guy who owned the Conoco Station somewhere around 1973 or 1974. I distinctly remember that it had Motorola stamped all over it.
