Dipping frags in h2o2

Straight up. It's only 3% peroxide. There is 10% and 35% but you have to goto a speciality sore for that...and it's not needed for most cases.

My little experiment

I dip in about a 70peroxide/30tank water for about four minutes. I have observed the same thing with zoas as glxtrix and never had any if them die. I have actually forgotten about a frag for thirty minutes a while back, and it looked terrible for several days. It bounced back, and actually went from two to four polyps a couple days later.

If you read the link I posted I did 1:2, h2o2:tank water with 3%

So that's like 33.3% h2o2(3%) 66.6% tank water resulting in a 1% solution

So I dipped a couple zoas and an Ora pearlberry that just hasn't wanted to color up. Got it green from brown and the dip definitely killed the HA but the coral is back to brown. Not white so it should be fine. Two zoas are completely closed up. did the dip yesterday.

Used a toothbrush on just a plug for another frag and that guy is doing just fine after a rinse. We'll see how these three first guinea pigs recover.
