Good luck with the rest of the move to the big tank.

Thanks. All I need right now is for when Stoney comes up tomorrow and brings some weld-on. He is gonna give me a hand resealing the sump. I should have the plumbing done later today. I probably will fill the tank about half way. Don't want to much water then have to drain it, so half will be good for now. And yes things are just starting to get good. I have some fish and coral on hold for me waiting for this tank to be ready. :D

Glad it's going well. Good to meet you and thanks for the deal. Hopefully everything will survive the slight temp change to get it all back to bama.

Well some sad news for today, while putting in the bulk heads, some how the glass cracked...I about cried...Well upside is Chris at fishscales will be fixing the tank today. Well I will try to stay positive for the rest of the day. On a brighter note Kevin at Warehouse Aquarium got me a Morish Idol, Red carpet Nem and Harlequin Tusk, they will have to now wait a few more days before going in the DT.

There are 3 holes in the overflow.

Display--------[ drain/crack/return/crack/drain/crack to end of glass]

Cut 3/8" glass to i.d. of overflow. Siliconed into overflow box with plenty of excess. How to squeeze as much silicone out as possible to get the 2 pieces of glass tiiiiight together.

I placed a large plastic bag into overflow and filled with about 8 gallons of water. Worked like a champ.

The acrylic sump on the other hand will be a challenge and I have not decided whether I can can comfortably repair it or not. I worked on it for a little over an hour today........I will get a better grip tomorrow.

Chris is the MAN!! Tank is back home ready to rock. Pics of the livestock transfer tomorrow. I can't explain how much I appreciate Chris's help with fixing the tank. I would highly and I mean highly recommend him to anyone. I also talked to him about building me a frag tank for this setup as well. Well more updates tomorrow.

All the livestock has been transfered and the tank is filled 3/4 full while I finish my plumbing and wait for Chris at fishscales to finish the sump. My Moorish Idol is currently dripping and will be added very soon....

Possibly, been talking to Kevin about the possibility of keeping two. He says its possible. Time will tell...

MHO i would wait for my tank to stabilize and set up for awhile before adding a fish this delicate

im interesting to see what they go for, all the lps or zoas? and yeah it def is kind of risky but you might be ok considering alot of its a transfer from an existing system.

My system is very stable...All the LR and water was transfered over. I have had zero die off and zero losses....

All of it was transfered from my 92g setup, rock, water, etc..

I have been feeding him heavily so I'm hoping he wont go for anything. Again time will tell, I'm removing all of my zoas and LPS though anyways.
