Noticed this

Hard to tell from the pic Rich. It's kinda fuzzy. Is it a hard encrusted spiral looking thing?

I haven't poked it but yes, I believe that is a good description.

Yep he beat me to it. You will know for sure if you ever see spider web looking stuff coming out of it. They don't really hurt anything just look ugly. You can get rid of it by popping it loose from the rock or blocking the opening with some putty. They will spread if ya don't.

Not like any of the others I have had but if it is I feel better. LOL. From what I remember, the stringer can irritate passing fish or nearby corals a bit bit nothing to bad. Don't mind those kinds of finds.

In think it looks kind of cool. But if they spread a lot I may nip it in the bud. Kinda of like "aptasia is pretty why kill it?" LOL

They spread all over my tank. I don't mind the snails but anytime you baste the rock it makes them put out their snot and it get Everywhere!
