Noodle shops in Alanta?

Anyone know of any good Asian noodle shops in Atlanta? Will be coming from Middle Georgia (I-75 North); want to avoid the bridge fallen area of I-85. Thanks in advance.

P.S. I have been looking for the "real" Yaki Soba that I had when I was in Japan some years ago. I've been to many Asian restaurants that said they have Yaki Soba; only been disappointed every time. Still searching!
