Quick Question for VorTech MP10 Owners

I was cleaning my wetside the other day and the ceramic washer that was supposed to be glued to the base, actually came off on the magnetic propeller assembly. It shattered when I put the propeller down on my granite countertop, and I am a month out of warranty. 
Oh well at least the part is only $20. I would think that if the PH is too loud it may be a mechanical issue. If you are near to Atlanta you are welcome to come see mine, and even bring yours along for comparison purposes!

Edit: Maybe it's because I don't have the tank anywhere near full yet, and more water would eliminate the noise?
You arent running the pump dry are you?

Ha. No. It's definitely fully submerged.
I may take you up on the visit sometime if I get everything set up and it's still loud. Thanks!
