It appears some are a bit unclear about what the issue at hand was, so perhaps I can clarify. The Mellow yellow was a small, unhealthy frag with no eye. For $175 it should be healthy. The Red hornets were not open and I still paid $30 an eye with his word they'd be ok. They weren't.
On top of that, he strung me along and avoided PMs only to finally respond when I was irritated. He then made a promise to ship the frags on a certain date, then broke contact...again...
To me, that is poor business practice. I told him up front I didn't expect a replacement. He insisted on doing it, and then, when he backed off, he accused me of things which were not true.
In the end, I hate it came to this big thread. I have no idea which moderator threw this slap in the middle of his forum, but it is not what I intended. I hope people who know me and have dealt with me in the past know that I do my best to be fair and honest.
Edit:
Is this sarcasm? You can run too much copper in a store tank for instance, and when the fish are put in a tank with ZERO copper, they perish fairly rapidly. There are other examples as well. Especially with fish. Keep in mind, both high-priced articles I bring up had issues. They were not healthy specimens ready to be sold IMO.

Come on people !!! If anyone can't answer that question then you should not have an opinion concerning replacement of fish or corals! I don't care if you have a pristine tank of the month.
