Vodka dosing; the results speaks volumes

Good to see those results Jeff. Back before our move my tank looked the best when I was dosing vodka. Sadly I didn't have a doser so when we got into vacation season the inconsistency caused issues so I stopped. Worked fantastic for the time that I was consistent though.
 
With vodka dosing, it's all about watching the algae growth on ur glass. That is the litmus test for nutrients. If nutrients are high, u will need to clean glass every day to 2 days. With just the right amount of carbon dosing, u can extend that out to like 4 to 5 days or so. Typically vodka dosing isn't alone the miracle cure for a tank, but it def will help drive nutrients down.

If you are interested in carbon dosing and feeding corals via bacteria etc, read up on Zeovit. That is the core of how that system works.

What are people dosing on a 120g? My doser only does full mL so was curious what to start with
