That's definitely on the "professional" level of rapid prototyping.
Jay Leno uses something similar to recreate parts for his classic cars.

Omg quick call the Thread Police. In case you guys didn't catch the "lol" in my post. There was a bunch of talk regarding 3D printing in regards to gun parts. You all need to lighten your choke chains lol hey there it was again. Did ya catch it that time?

Well I was trying to be funny. Guess it flew right over hahaha. I wasn't joking about the 3D Printing being in the news though. I can't remember who was having the special about it. I meant to say something to you when I heard about it. Figured you would get a kick out of it seeing how this thread was just started not to long ago.

There is a guy somewhere that is actually printing a full size house with a 3d printer its crazy.
Mine is built now I am having problems with the firmware and working out the bugs in if but working 7 days a week doesn't help

I'm using ramps 1.4 shield with pololu steppers and arduino Mega . I can write firmware to the board and I'm using marlin with proterface but when using pronterface. To jog my axis I'm getting issues I believe its because I have yet to wire up my mechanical end stops

So I had a nice visit this morning from a reporter at http://www.myfoxatlanta.com/">Fox Atlanta</a>, who interviewed me about the 3D Printer, and got some nice video of it in operation.
