If you don't have any kind of filter now,then I would return everything from where you bought it (if you can) and start from scratch with research,filters,water tests,snails,crabs,more research,and then maybe some fish.

Well,you run the risk of everything else dying without a good filtration system including the corals.
If your ammonia,nitates,nitrites,salinity,and ph are way off then your going to lose everything again.
You could even kill your live rock if it crashes really bad.

It may be possible to save what you have,but you might want to be prepared if you lose something else.
Check the sponsor forums and find a club sponsor that is close to you and has a filter you can get on that tank tommorrow if you can!
