I suggest we get passed the PB comment quickly and support a YOUNG member of the club with advice, as requested and on topic.

GDOG - Post up accurate details on your setup....pics if you can also.

Do you have a test kit and can you test your water?

Try to forget adding corals and fish for now and concentrate on the tank maturing and getting good habits and knowledge on maintaining the aquarium. If you do this, we can give you some insight on how to move forward.

Take your time.

ok details my tank has been sitting since august 16 and in September my tank got sick and all my fish died and i cleaned up my tank and now im adding new stuff like my t5 lighting and i got hang on the back refug and i can get pics

GDOG - Welcome to the hobby....there are come very good members on here with a lot of knowledge that can help. This hobby can get expensive, especially if you rush. With that said, when we learn a little more about your current setup and what you are trying to do - we can guide you in getting at least a more stable aquarium for some easier to care for inhabitants....

It takes sometime to get a mature reef, with stable water parameters to add livestock....plus, you have to plan your equipment for the types of fish and/or corals you wish to keep.

Understood...just trying to keep this thing on-topic if you know what I mean....

well im not adding fish and stuff for a wile i know that i just got a hang on the back refug

Agreed.

GDOG, I haven't seen you post any parameters. What they're talking about is a Saltwater test kit that tests all sorts of not so goodies in your water. If you don't have one, that should be your next purchase. If you do, you can post your results and that will help the crew give you advice.
